Extra Reconstruction is exclusively intended for professional use in hair salons and is available solely through authorised distributors. Its specialised formula is crafted for expert application, ensuring optimal results in hair reconstruction and cuticle repair.
1. Cortex Reconstruction
After ensuring there is no silicone build-up on the hair, wash it with VP Restructuring Shampoo.
Towel-dry to remove excess water and spray VP Extra Reconstruction on 2 cm-thick sections. Comb through and leave to act under a heat source for about 10 minutes. Then apply the VP Mask on top and leave under heat for another 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water as cold as possible.

2. Double Reconstruction (Cortex + Cuticle)
Follow the steps from Protocol 1. After rinsing the mask, spray Extra Reconstruction again on the hair, comb through and leave to act for 10 minutes. On top of Extra Reconstruction, spray Treatment at Home and/or Magic Potion, comb through, leave for 2 minutes, then blow-dry with a brush.

3. Quick, Effective & Impactful Treatment
After ensuring there is no silicone build-up on the hair, wash with VP Restructuring Shampoo. Apply VP Reconstruction Mask and leave on for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly, towel-dry, and spray Extra Reconstruction on 2 cm-thick sections. Comb through and leave for 10 minutes. Then apply Treatment at Home and/or Magic Potion on top, comb, leave for 2 minutes, and finish with a blow-dry.

4. Pre-Bleaching Cuticle Protection
Spray Extra Reconstruction on dry, unwashed hair and blow-dry it through. This will make the hair easier, cleaner, and safer to work with during bleaching.

5. Cuticle Cauterization
After completing Protocol 2 or 3, use a straightener at 160–180 °C, making 2–3 passes on each section.
With VP Extra Reconstruction, you can perform both cortex-level and cuticle-level treatments.
